First Work Fee Policy
At Financial Health Credit Solutions LLC, we comply with all credit repair laws, including your 3-day cancellation rights.

The First Work Fee is billed on the 4th day after you sign your agreement.

This ensures you have a full 3 business days to cancel without charge.

The fee is equal to the plan you select and covers the preparation and mailing of your first round of disputes, which are sent out the same day the fee is processed.

Your recurring monthly payments begin 30 days after the First Work Fee is processed.

Refund Policy
In the credit repair industry, outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and no company may promise specific results. Financial Health Credit Solutions LLC strives to ensure that any inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information on your credit report is properly identified, disputed, or corrected.
Under Texas Law (Finance Code 393.302), a Credit Service Organization may charge fees before services are fully preformed.
- You may cancel this Agreement within three business days of signing without penalty and receive a full refund of any fees paid.
- After the fourth calendar day following contract signature, no refunds will be issued, as services will have commenced and resources expended.
Cancellation Policy
